Уважаемые коллеги!

Приглашаем Вас принять участие во III-й Международной научно-практической конференции «Дискуссионные вопросы теории и практики судебной экспертизы». Конференция организуется Ассоциацией экспертов по содействию экспертной деятельности «Национальный общественный центр экспертиз» и кафедрой судебных экспертиз и криминалистики Российского государственного университета правосудия 28-29 марта 2019 года.

В ходе Конференции планируется обсуждение следующих вопросов:

• современное состояния судебной экспертизы и ее дальнейшее развитие;
• проблемы качества судебно-экспертных исследований и развития современных научных методик их проведения;
• роль судебной экспертизы в судопроизводстве;
• пути развития современных экспертных технологий и их взаимосвязь с действующим законодательством;
• процессуально-правовые и организационные вопросы взаимодействия суда, участников процесса и экспертных организаций при назначении, и проведении судебных экспертиз.

К участию в конференции приглашаются российские и зарубежные ученые в области криминалистики, общей теории судебной экспертизы, уголовного процесса, практические работники судебной системы, прокуратуры, следственных органов, судебные эксперты, аспиранты, магистранты юридических вузов.

Участие в работе конференции – бесплатное. По итогам Конференции планируется издание статей в Информационном бюллетене «Вопросы экспертной практики» ISSN: 2500-2570.

Заявку на участие и темы выступлений просим направлять в электронном виде до 1 ноября 2018 года по e–mail: conf@exnc.ru с пометкой «на конференцию». Тезисы принимаются строго до 1 февраля 2019 года.

Проезд к месту проведения Конференции и проживание участников оплачиваются самостоятельно.

Dear colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the III International scientific-practical conference «The detable issues of the theory and practice of judicial expertise». The conference is organized by the Association of experts to facilitate the expert activities «National public center of expertise» and the Department of juducial expertises and criminalistics of the Russian State University of Justice on the 28 and 29 of March, 2019.

The following issues are planned to discuss during the Conference:

• the current state of judicial expertise and its further development;
• the problems of quality of judicial and expert research and the development of modern scientific methods of their execution;
• the role of judicial expertise in legal proceedings;
• the ways of development of modern expert technologies and their interrconnection with the current legislation;
• the procedural, legal and organizational issues of cooperation of the court, the participants of its process and expert organizations during the assigntment and execution of judicials expertises.

Russian and foreign scientists in the field of criminology, general theory of judicial expertise, criminal procedure, the practitioners of the judicial system, prosecutor’s office, investigative organs, judicial experts, postgraduate students, students of master’s degree of the univeristies of law are invited to participate in the conference.

The participation in the conference is free of charge. According to the results of the conference, it is planned to publish articles in the Bulletin «The issues of expert practice» ISSN: 2500-2570.

We kindly ask you to send your application of participation and topics for presentation (see Annex) in the electronic form by the 1 of November, 2018 to the following e-mail: conf@exnc.ru with a remark «to the conference.» The thesis are accepted strictly till the 1 of February, 2019.

The passage to the place of the Conference and the accommodation of its participants are paid independently.
